The answer is that it your body disconnects from it! While this is
useful in the short run, long term, it can lead to some serious health
and lifestyle problems.

So how do you reconnect?

In this 60 minute workshop with Dr. Amanda Chan, you will learn
exercises to:
- connect with your body and let go of your physical tensions
- recognize that you have different parts and different rhythms in
your body
- explore areas of frustration or where you feel stuck in a
perspective
