The level of the head (ears), shoulders, and hips are important in determining if there is a spinal problem. If they are level, the spine is usually straight. If one side is higher than the other, a spinal curve exists, which results in pressure on the joints, discs, and nerves. If left undetected or uncorrected, spinal decay can occur.
Early detection can help your long term health, and allow you to live to your potential for life!
What can I expect at a Consultation?
By consulting our office, you're taking an exciting first step toward better health. Chiropractic care is different. It is this difference that offers new ways to get well and stay well. We've helped a wide variety of people. So the first thing we offer is hope. You'll receive plenty of that here! During your first visit you will meet the doctor after filling out some brief paperwork describing yourself, your health history, and your health goals.
Then if you're a good candidate for chiropractic care and we think we can help you, a thorough consultation and examination will follow. This will involve postural and biomechanical testing, advanced computer thermography, and spinal x-rays (if necessary).
We will study the results and set up a visit to give you a complete report of our findings. We'll show you the results of your examination, and if we find that you will benefit from chiropractic care, we will give you the Dr's recommendations for care - how long it will take, how often you will need to come in, and how much it will cost. We even have affordable family plans to help you.
