Nutritional Counseling

Marie Matheson is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor practicing at the Hampton Wellness Centre.  She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Ottawa and received her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine in Vancouver, BC. 
 
As a primary health care provider, Marie has experience treating a wide spectrum of conditions including pediatrics, fertility, women’s health, digestive complaints, anxiety & depression and sports injuries.  Her treatment modalities include auricular medicine, acupuncture, nutrition, homeopathy, botanical medicine, lifestyle counseling and biotherapeutic drainage therapies offering a complete system of analysis and care.  She believes in the power of preventative medicine and the importance of uncovering the root cause of illness by addressing toxicities at a cellular level.

Marie Matheson is registered with the Board of Drugless Therapies-Naturopathy (BDDT-N), a member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND), and on the Advisory Board for Galen’s Watch a complementary and alternative medical research journal.
